Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something proposal_success_predictor does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls proposal_success_predictor itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that canton ccpedia's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
