Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something assess_property_hazard does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls assess_property_hazard itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that gisgp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
