Add Context7 to Zed

    Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

    Save the file and restart Zed.

  2. 03

    Ask for something query-docs does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls query-docs itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Context7's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first

Context7 will not start until these are set, so query-docs never becomes available.
