Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something clerk.get_instance_settings does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls clerk.get_instance_settings itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Vee3's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
