Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something reverse_charge_certificate does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls reverse_charge_certificate itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that vat.support VAT Compliance's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
