Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something qc_contractor_check does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls qc_contractor_check itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Tolca's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
