Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something check_trade_requirements does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls check_trade_requirements itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that China Import Quote Preflight's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
