Ask for something ui_builder_list_designs does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls ui_builder_list_designs itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Compose Preview Catalogs's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
