Open Settings → Connectors → Advanced → Developer mode and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart ChatGPT.

Ask for something xhs_get_user_notes does. ChatGPT lists the server's tools on connect and calls xhs_get_user_notes itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that AgentPay's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
