Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something report_dispatch does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls report_dispatch itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that 独行录 / opcmenu's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
