Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something generate_avatar_params does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls generate_avatar_params itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Chenji Affect's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
