Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something approve_direct_session does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls approve_direct_session itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Conductor Relay MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
