Save the file and restart Cline.

Ask for something get_capabilities does. Cline lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_capabilities itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Conductor Relay MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
