Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something decode_calldata does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls decode_calldata itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that FabTally Decode's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
