Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something build_parse does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls build_parse itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Govparse Government Data Gateway's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
