Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something decimal_calc does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls decimal_calc itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that LogicNodes's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
