Save the file and restart Cline.

Ask for something google_search_scraper does. Cline lists the server's tools on connect and calls google_search_scraper itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that oxylabs mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
