Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something list_offerings does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls list_offerings itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that PublicAPIs.io's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
