Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something add_lines_to_order does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls add_lines_to_order itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Rhino Rank's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
