Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something stop_idle_watch does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls stop_idle_watch itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that EmailMCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
