Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something system_get_notifications does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls system_get_notifications itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that snowsignals's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
