Save the file and restart Cline.

Ask for something arb_protocol_list does. Cline lists the server's tools on connect and calls arb_protocol_list itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that arbitrumoracle's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
