Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something nis2_incident_report does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls nis2_incident_report itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that cybershield's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
