Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something appointo_list_subscription_contracts does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls appointo_list_subscription_contracts itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Appointo MCP by usefulapi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
