Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something billy_get_contact does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls billy_get_contact itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Billy MCP by usefulapi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
