Ask for something bulksms_send_message does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls bulksms_send_message itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that BulkSMS MCP by usefulapi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
