Ask for something chatra_get_visitor does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls chatra_get_visitor itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Chatra MCP by usefulapi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
