Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something desec_get_rrset does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls desec_get_rrset itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that deSEC MCP by usefulapi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
