Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something hypertune_evaluate does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls hypertune_evaluate itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that hypertune's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
