Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something mailerlite_list_groups does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls mailerlite_list_groups itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that mailerlite's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
