Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something messente_send_sms does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls messente_send_sms itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Messente MCP by usefulapi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
