Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something orb_get_invoice does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls orb_get_invoice itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that orb's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
