Ask for something placetel_list_calls does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls placetel_list_calls itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Placetel MCP by usefulapi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
