Save the file and restart Cline.

Ask for something runcloud_get_webapp does. Cline lists the server's tools on connect and calls runcloud_get_webapp itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that RunCloud MCP by usefulapi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
