Ask for something safetychain_get_equipment does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls safetychain_get_equipment itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that SafetyChain MCP by usefulapi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
