Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something semble_get_patient does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls semble_get_patient itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Semble MCP by usefulapi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
