Ask for something shippit_get_tracking does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls shippit_get_tracking itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Shippit MCP by usefulapi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
