Ask for something simplyrets_get_listing_analytics does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls simplyrets_get_listing_analytics itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that SimplyRETS MCP by usefulapi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
