Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something supportbee_list_comments does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls supportbee_list_comments itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that SupportBee MCP by usefulapi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
