Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something ticketspice_get_ticket does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls ticketspice_get_ticket itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that TicketSpice MCP by usefulapi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
