Ask for something vision_list_tickets does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls vision_list_tickets itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Vision Helpdesk MCP by usefulapi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
