Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something start_source_inspection does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls start_source_inspection itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Mostly Right's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
