Save the file and restart Cline.

Ask for something meter_stamp does. Cline lists the server's tools on connect and calls meter_stamp itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Agent Control — Agent Meter's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
