Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something run_flint_scout does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls run_flint_scout itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that agent transaction control's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
