Open ~/Library/Application Support/Code/User/globalStorage/saoudrizwan.claude-dev/settings/cline_mcp_settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

user_activity is surfaced in the client's prompt or command menu. Unlike a tool, you invoke it deliberately — Cline will not call it for you.

If it does not appear, check that Resonance Reward Agent is connected and that you are looking at its prompts rather than its tools.
