Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something ranked_check_licence does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls ranked_check_licence itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that ranked's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
