Save the file and restart Cline.

Ask for something get_chain_tvl does. Cline lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_chain_tvl itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that DeFi Protocol Data's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
