Ask for something en_yakin_nobetci_eczane does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls en_yakin_nobetci_eczane itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that NobetciEczane.org's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
