    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something ic_topic_cross does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls ic_topic_cross itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that opennih's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
