Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something describe_write_protocol does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls describe_write_protocol itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Open Standing's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
